There are two ways to place an order with EastVibe.com.Â
ONLINE
Once you have chosen your products, add them to your shopping bag by clicking âAdd to Cartâ.
Create your own East Vibe account using your email address to proceed with purchase or you may also proceed with a guest account.
Select your delivery method and fill in delivery information (shipping address) and payment information (billing details).
Review your order, click submit, and youâre done!
OFFLINE â OVER THE PHONE
You can call us to speak with our customer support and make your online purchases.
You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our Customer Care Team. After this period, the order will be processed for shipment. After processing the order, you cannot be able to modify or cancel the order.
You can track your order by logging into your account or using the tracking code sent to your registered email along with the shipping confirmation.
If you receive an incorrect item, contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send the correct item.
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@eastvibe.com and we will assist you.

Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days
Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery (only on selected areas)
Currently, we only deliver within the UAE. We are working on expanding our shipping services.
Our delivery service operates on business days. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
For security reason, when delivering your order, the personnel handing the parcel will ask you for a signature and ask you to share the security code that was sent to you by SMS. In certain cases, you may also required show your photo ID for extra verification purpose.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier. For any further questions or assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team at info@eastvibe.com
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care Team with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Items marked as final sale, personalized items, gift cards, or used and damaged products cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We currently do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, return the original item and place a new order.
